What should I do if there is an audio issue with zoom?

If you have trouble with your audio (either you cannot hear the coach, or the coach can't hear you, or both), the coach will display a basic troubleshooting slides (via Screen Share) to help you quickly check your audio settings. What you will need to do is to follow the coach's guide to try to solve the audio issue. The slides can be accessed via the link below.
