Why can I not connect to the Zoom meeting room?

It is probably because you are using the web page login of Zoom, which is more sensitive to lower internet connection speed.

If you are using computer, we recommend you to download the client application at: zoom.us/support/download

If you are using iPad, you may download the client application by searching "Zoom cloud meeting" on Appstore. The application is free to download.

 

To join the meeting with us, simply choose "Join a meeting" and enter the Meeting ID of your VivaLing Coach. You will see his/her Meeting ID from her schedule page, as well as in the reminder emails that have been sent to you.
