Can I make a last minute request with the coach to reschedule?

Cancellation or changing a booking is NOT allowed within 24h of the session and the session will be charged, as the coach has planned the time and could not have other commitments. 

If you would like to inform us on the absence of your child, please let us know at and write in the subject heading "Urgent". We will get back to you as soon as possible.
